A great time for Randy

The contents of Janeanes purse scattered all along the sidewalk and callous pedestrians kicked the contents even further away. She searched for the remote, but it was nowhere to be found. She had no idea what to do, so she just walked away hoping the remote would not fall into the wrong hands. Randy Caldwell, an 18 year old college freshman, was walking down the sidewalk when he bent down to tie his shoe lace. As he did, he noticed something sticking out from under a wrinkled sheet of newspaper behind a trash can. It looked like a remote control. After tying his shoe lace, he picked up the device for closer exmanination. The buttons didn't make sense to him, but he decided to press one at random. When he pressed it, he noticed an eerie silence. He looked around to see that everyone and everything around him had come to a complete stop. He carefully walked to the nearest person to him, a middle age man, and waved his hand in front of the man's face. The man just continued to stare straight ahead. Randy walked over to a hot dog stand where a couple was standing. They were teenages probably about 16 years old. The girl was in the process of taking a sip from a cola and the boy had just started to squirt mustard on his hot dog. Rand turned the mustard bottle to where it was aiming at the girls face. He took a couple of steps back and restarted time. A stream of mustard splattered the unsuspecting girl on the nose. "What the hell are you doing?!"
